7. How can I obtain the International Veterinary Certificate for my pet?

The International Veterinary Certificate (CVI) is issued by VIGIAGRO (International Animal Health Surveillance). The service desk is located on the ground floor, near the international arrivals area, and is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 4. What should I do in case of lost, stolen, or robbed documents?

In case of lost, stolen, or robbed documents, Brazilian passengers on domestic flights should visit the website of the Digital Police Station of the Civil Police of Bahia or go to a local police station to file a Police Report (BO). For international flights, it is necessary to check with the Federal Police about the possibility of obtaining an emergency passport.

For countries outside of Mercosur, a passport is required, and a visa may be needed depending on the destination country. For Mercosur countries such as Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela, a valid ID card (RG) is sufficient.
